Kenneth Flynn was a preeminent American Sculptor, (1930-2013.) He was born in Michigan, and was schooled in Sweden and Australia, traveling with parents who worked for General Motors Export.

Grace Cavalieri wrote the captions for her husband’s sculpture. She is Maryland’s 10th Poet Laureate.

Prior to his art, he was a career Naval Aviator, retiring in 1975, USN CAPT. He was married for 60 years to the writer    Grace Cavalieri, and was father to four daughters, Cynthia, Colleen, Shelley and Angela.

His studios were in West Virginia. His home was in Annapolis, MD.

Dan Murano, Photographer, was born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. His career includes printing historical photos for The Library of Congress, and photo editor for the Washington Post’s digital operation, where he worked from 1987 until his retirement in 2016.
